In this context the following Teaching  Staff member is here by accorded permission to surrender Earned leave to  Encashment during the Financial Year 2022-23, necessary entries are made in the service register of the Concerned of the same.

This is to certify that the claim amount of Rs:41822=00/- in words (Fourty One  thousand Eight hundred and Twenty two Rupees Only) towards CH.Keshava Reddy DL in English surrender of EL’s salary  from (01-02-2023 to 15-02-2023)  supplementary pay bill, was not preferred and not paid before and the bills claimed are correct as per the guidelines in force.
